Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work weekends and evening shifts.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hospital leadership to develop an efficient, productive team providing quality care.
• Follow Banfield protocols and practices to achieve priorities and uphold culture.
• Supervise the team day-to-day when needed; ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Foster an environment where associates thrive and feel valued as part of the team.
• Provide professional client service and educate clients about wellness plans and services; resolve issues.
• Assist in scheduling staff to meet client needs while planning time off and CE.
