Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to provide exceptional client and patient experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability. You will perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong client communication, the ability to manage schedules, and a commitment to Banfield’s standards and five principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while guiding the team.
• Assist the Practice Manager and COS in maximizing productivity and profitability.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Vet Assistant when needed.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and CE scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures.
