Job summary

Cencora is seeking an administrative and customer-support professional to assist the Sales Team for the veterinary and livestock solutions. This fixed-term contract (9–12 months) reports to the National Sales Manager and maintains CRM accuracy, leads distribution, and monthly reporting for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will onboard new GPO members, assist Territory Managers, and participate in industry events as needed, including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Administrative support and customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting.
• Onboarding new GPO members and supporting sales team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of service to existing and prospective customers.
• Update CRM with accurate contact information for veterinary practices.
• Distribute new leads to the Sales Team and support projects.
• Create monthly reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Sales Team with internal activities relating to customers.
• Attend industry events as required (evenings/weekends).
• Follow SOPs and attend training sessions.
