Job summary

Cencora is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Associate to support its Animal Health distribution services in the US. You will partner with Territory Managers to maximize revenue, process orders, and deliver exceptional service to veterinary accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely responses.

Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or related field, plus 3 years in a veterinary setting or 2+ years in a veterinary call center.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager on sales strategies to maximize revenue for assigned accounts.
• Answer incoming calls to take sales orders or handle customer service issues.
• Proactively contact established accounts to grow sales and loyalty.
• Assist accounts with research and purchase of stocked and non-stocked items.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with purchasers and using reference materials.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to stay informed on products and industry changes.
• Process orders for the assigned territory and monitor backorder status.
