Job summary

ElleVet Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Director of Veterinary Sales to lead and grow the veterinary sales organization, partnering with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will oversee Veterinary Partnership Managers, set territory strategies, and drive revenue growth through both direct and distributor channels using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing and developing a team of Sales Representatives.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs including revenue, activity, pipeline, forecasting, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ElleVet Sciences' veterinary sales organization.
• Establish territory strategies and sales objectives aligned with company goals.
• Coach and evaluate team performance; drive distributor partnerships and direct sales efforts.
• Utilize CRM data to forecast revenue and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other functions to align campaigns and engagement.
