ElleVet Sciences is seeking a Director of Veterinary Sales to lead and develop the veterinary sales organization, driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. You will oversee Veterinary Partnership Managers and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will set sales strategy, coach teams, and ensure effective execution across direct and distributor channels, using data and CRM insights

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive sales experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing and developing a team of Sales Representatives.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs including revenue, activity metrics, pipeline, forecasting, and retention.
• Experience selling to veterinary clinics through direct and distributor channels.
