Euchips is a LED driver and lighting control system brand established in 2005. We offer a wide range of products developed over the past 20 years, supported by about 85 engineers to ensure fast ODM delivery, and a factory in Vietnam to avoid tariffs.

Role Description

This is a remote Regional Sales Director role, open to candidates anywhere in North America. The Regional Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The role also involves building and leading a team of sales representatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience with LED drivers or lighting control systems
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes, CRM techniques, and market trends
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in electronics preferred
• Experience in the lighting industry preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
