MedVet is seeking a Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant to join our clinical team in Ohio. You will manage client calls, referrals, and appointment logistics, while assisting therapists and caring for animals during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to all phone calls from clients, Referral Partners and Pharmacies, log conversations, and check voicemails.
• Call for referral information on new/recheck patient appointments.
• Check appointment emails and text messages throughout the day.
• Call clients to remind them of appointments and drop-offs for the next day.
• Sit with acupuncture patients during their appointment.
• Assist therapists with appointments by helping handle dogs.
• Monitor supplies for the department and help keep it clean daily.

We are looking for:

Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant

What you’ll do:
