Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Carmel, IN is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage records, and guide patients through the visit process. You will coordinate payments, help clients understand options, and maintain an efficient lobby environment.

The role requires calm handling of stressful situations, excellent communication, and strong teamwork. Prior veterinary office experience is a plus; on-site work with a fast-paced team is expected.

Veterinary Client Service Representative

Our Client Service Representatives havethe first interaction with our clients providing superior service toensure client interactions arefacilitatedsmoothly,compassionatelyand effectively throughout their MedVet Experience. This role requires practical knowledge of hospital organization, services, veterinary terminology, medicalrecordsand financial policies/transactions. The ability to multi-task and enter data accurately is crucial for success in this position. This individual must alwaysmaintaincompassionate yet professional composure.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and check-in clients
