Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Four weekdays, 7:45 a.m.–5:45 p.m. | No weekends

• Schedule appointments and manage a multi‑doctor calendar efficiently
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients
• Support smooth patient flow through communication with doctors and technicians
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
