  • Serve as a welcoming and compassionate first point of contact for our clients and their pets
  • Help create a positive client experience through clear, friendly, and professional communication
  • Support clients with questions and help them feel informed and confident about their pets’ care
  • Work closely with the veterinary team to help maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow
  • Support communication between clients and the medical team
  • Help maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Provide empathetic service to clients during both routine and emotional visits
  • Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital environment
