You will be the first friendly face clients see, helping coordinate care with the veterinary team and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while maintaining accurate client records. This role offers a stable Monday–Friday afternoon schedule and a conducive environment for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets.
• Serve as a connection between clients and the veterinary medical team.
• Greet clients and patients and help with check-in/check-out efficiency.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and keep the hospital schedule organized.
