Evergreen Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients and support a busy practice. This part-time role offers a Monday-through-Friday afternoon schedule from 2pm to 7pm, with competitive hourly pay and the chance to contribute to excellent client service.

You will manage appointment scheduling, answer calls, and help maintain accurate client and patient records while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets
• Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
• Greet clients and patients and support efficient check-in and check-out
• Assist with appointment scheduling and help keep the hospital’s daily schedule organized
• Answer phones and communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
• Help maintain accurate client and patient information
• Support client education and communication throughout the veterinary visit
