Job summary

West Denver Veterinary Hospital & Wellness in Wheat Ridge, CO, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our compassionate team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, greet pets, manage a multi-line phone system, and help keep appointments and records running smoothly.

We offer a stable full-time schedule, M-F 7:00 AM–6:00 PM with every-other-weekend coverage, and opportunities for professional growth. A sign-on bonus of 2,500 is available to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain records, schedule appointments, handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate on preventive care and services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calm, respectful presence for clients and pets.
