What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi‑doctor calendar
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
  • Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly and compassionately
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and welcoming lobby
  • Manage medical records, appointment reminders, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and technicians to provide an exceptional client experience
