Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a veterinary clinic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency and experience with scheduling systems (AVImark preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails and respond to client needs promptly.
• Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and hospital procedures.
• Document client communications and update patient records appropriately.
• Support veterinarians, technicians, and other team members throughout the day.
• Help keep daily front-desk and hospital operations running smoothly.

Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
