Job summary

Mission Pet Health, in Cypress, TX, is seeking a motivated receptionist to join our network of veterinary teams. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls, scheduling, and patient records while delivering compassionate service to clients and pets.

Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
• Passion for animals with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure optimal pet care.
• Be a calming, empathetic presence for clients and pets alike.
