Orchard Mesa Veterinary Hospital in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited small-animal practice and support our compassionate team. You will be the initial point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, efficient front desk and accurate appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multi-line phone system and front-desk operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and schedule appointments.
• Strong communication and empathy when interacting with clients and pets.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Experience with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage multi-line phone system and greet clients.
• Coordinate care by managing records, appointments, and payments.
