Intermountain Pet Hospitals, Overland, in Meridian, ID, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our AAHA-certified practice. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, and help coordinate care in a busy, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure top care for every pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence, treat each pet like your own.
