Kentown Animal Hospital in Parma Heights, Ohio, part of Mission Pet Health, is seeking a friendly receptionist to support client interactions and care coordination. You will manage calls, appointments, and payments with empathy, while helping educate clients on preventive care and services.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure optimal pet health.
• Show empathy and treat each pet like your own.
