Companion Animal Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to warmly greet clients, triage concerns, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins and payments. You will be the friendly first point of contact, supporting a compassionate team across wellness, surgery, and rehab services.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience, are highly organized, enthusiastic communicators, and comfortable with a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience.
• Compassionate, calm, team player with strong communication.
• Highly organized and proficient with computers.
• Self-starter eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, triage questions, and direct to the right party.
• Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments to optimize daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients, process payments and verify records.
• Provide emotional support to clients with compassion and discretion.
