Cara Veterinary is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Woodinville practice. You will greet clients, manage phones, schedule appointments, and maintain medical records with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• minimum 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Clients: greet clients and patients warmly and gather visit details.
• Phones: answer calls promptly, triage, and document conversations.
• Appointment Scheduling: book appointments, collect data, and set reminders.
• Medical Records: record interactions and update patient files, handle referrals when needed.
• Housekeeping: maintain a clean reception area and lobby.
• Fax/Email/Mail: manage mail, faxes, and email triage.
• Financial Management: collect payments and assist with CareCredit.
• Other Possible Duties: may obtain a Washington State Medical Clerk License and take CE courses.
