New Hope Animal Hospital in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and help coordinate appointments and financial transactions while upholding our compassionate care standards.

You'll educate clients on preventive care, maintain accurate records, and support a collaborative team in a busy small-animal and urgent-care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on compassionate client interaction.
• Good verbal and written communication, handling stressful situations with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently or with supervision.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; weekend/holiday availability is required.
