National Veterinary Associates is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our Ocala team. You’ll be the first contact for clients, greeting pets with warmth and handling calls, appointments, check-ins, and payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion, creating a welcoming environment.
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
