Sheboygan Animal Hospital, part of Vetcor, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth hospital flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in and out while updating client and patient records
• Collect payments, process invoices, and discuss estimates with clients
• Maintain accurate patient records and document client communications
• Handle client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed
• Coordinate appointments and hospital flow throughout the day
• Support teammates to keep the day running smoothly
