Cornerstone Animal Clinic is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role focuses on welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations in a busy veterinary practice.

You will handle calls, educate clients about services, process payments, and support the care team with accurate patient information. A friendly, proactive approach is essential for delivering excellent client and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient hospital calendar
• Check patients in and out with accurate client and patient information
• Process invoices and customer payments
• Educate clients regarding hospital services, recommendations, and next steps
• Escort clients and patients to exam rooms
• Escort patients to kennel and treatment areas as needed
• Prepare paperwork and documents for patient admittance
• Complete hospital opening and closing procedures
