You’ll educate clients on preventive care and hospital services, while maintaining a compassionate, empathetic presence for every pet and owner you meet.

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventive care and hospital services to ensure every pet gets the best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, showing empathy and respect in every situation.
