Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and animal care passion.

• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.
• Previous veterinary hospital experience including client communication, scheduling, payments, medical record requests, and coordination with doctors and technicians.

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, schedule appointments, handle payments for smooth hospital operations.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure top care for every pet.
