Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients, answer questions and triage concerns, schedule appointments, and direct calls or emails to the appropriate party.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide friendly emotional support in times of need to clients.
• Must be comfortable with odors, noises, bites, scratches, and potential contagious diseases.
