Woodland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role you will greet clients, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with information about our services.

This part-time position offers weekend availability, with a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff, including medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience is preferred
• Proficiency managing a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Woodland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoingClient Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $20 - $24 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a part-time position with weekend availibility required

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
