Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the friendly face of FMA Animal Hospital in Westwood, KS. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and phone calls, while delivering compassionate client service and handling transactions to support our services.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

We're preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital this year, creating an incredible opportunity for team members to grow their careers in a modern, innovative environment built with both patients and employees in mind. We areseeking an outgoingClient Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and Compensation :

• Compensation: $17-$20 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Saturday shifts are 7:45am-5pm.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set :

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
  • Proactive in finding tasks to complete during slower times
