Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital in the Sacramento area is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. You will manage appointments, greet clients, and handle daily patient flow while delivering compassionate service.

Job description

Foothill Farms Veterinary is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time or part-time position, with 8-hour shifts and availability needed Sunday through Thursday , and occasional Saturdays.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
