The role blends front-desk duties with hands-on patient support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Experience in a veterinary front desk and Pulse is preferred.
Guthrie Pet Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.
This position is not limited to reception duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as part of the entire veterinary team and assisting wherever needed. Responsibilities may include answering phones, checking clients and patients in and out, patient restraint and handling, cleaning and maintaining hospital areas, assisting the DVMs, and providing minor patient care and support.
Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. The ability to balance excellent customer service with hands-on patient support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment is essential.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Pay Range
