Dallas Animal Clinic in Dallas, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and multi-line phones while providing compassionate, professional service to clients during routine and emotional moments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour with a Saturday shift requirement and 1–2 additional weekday shifts;

Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative

Dallas Animal Clinicis seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representativeto serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.

In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $17 - $18per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Candidates must be available to work every Saturday, plus 1–2 additional shifts during the week (Monday–Friday).

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
