Dallas Animal Clinic in Dallas, Oregon, is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. You will manage appointments, patient flow, and multi-line phones while providing compassionate, professional service to clients during routine and emotional moments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour with a Saturday shift requirement and 1–2 additional weekday shifts;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
