Grace Park Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. You will provide excellent service to clients and pets, handle phones, scheduling, and communications, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a client-facing front desk role.
• Excellent phone presence and customer service skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort around animals and animal patients as well as their humans.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Handle administrative duties: answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails and texts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical records system.
• Check clients in for appointments and boarding; process payments accurately.
