Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.
• Answer incoming calls, manage multiple phone lines, and respond to client inquiries with accurate information.
• Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle any billing inquiries.
• Maintain client and patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the practice management software.
• Provide clients with information about services, products, and after-care instructions.
• Assist with coordinating patient flow to ensure smooth operation of the clinic.
• Perform general office duties such as digital faxing, emailing, and managing office supplies.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
