Old Mill Veterinary Hospital in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited team. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, coordinate appointments, and handle transactional activities with compassion and professionalism.

We value excellent customer service, strong communication, and teamwork. The role may require some weekends/holidays and experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate records, manage appointments, handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services for optimal pet care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
