PetVet Care Centers’ Animal Medical Center of Cumming is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join a fast-paced, full‑time team. You’ll handle front-desk duties, scheduling, and client communications in a busy veterinary hospital with a large boarding facility.

• Must be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses concerns.
• Assists with medication pickups and provides information about services and products.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions.
