You will coordinate appointments, maintain records, handle payments, and educate clients on preventive services while delivering compassionate customer service in a busy veterinary setting. Some weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
