Ansley Animal Clinic, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a receptionist to join our busy, multi-doctor practice. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

You will also maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle transactions, contributing to smooth hospital operations. Experience with veterinary software is preferred and some weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service with animals and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for high-stress environments.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsabilités

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, reflect compassionate care in every interaction.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure optimal care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: provide a calming presence, show empathy, treat each pet with respect.
