You will manage the lobby, appointments, basic medical emergencies, product inquiries, and data entry in our practice management system while upholding the culture of care.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be considered.
• Experience with clerical procedures and organizing files/records.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Accurate cash handling and cashiering abilities.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent in-person and phone customer service, even in high-stress situations.
• Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
• Handling basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety.
• Assists with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Inputs data in practice management software and handles billing.
• Supports retail sales, weights pets, processes faxes, and maintains records.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties.
