The Pet Doctor, a Vetcor practice in Lakewood, WA, is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to be the first friendly face clients see and the voice they hear on the phone, handling front desk duties, scheduling, and payments.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a veterinary clinic (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented attitude and genuine compassion for animals and their people
• A motivated, upbeat approach to client service

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage a busy multi-line phone system
