BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist for our Town Center, VA Hospital!

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 / hour
This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and progression through our leveling system.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally.
• Maintaining friendly eye contact and an approachable demeanor.
• Listening compassionately.
• Communicating clearly and calmly in person and over the phone.
• Assessing clients and pets upon arrival.
• Determining emergency levels and responding accordingly.
• Handling non-patient calls and directing visitors.
• Confirming appointments and providing preparation instructions.
• Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Managing pet remains with compassion and accuracy.
