Job summary

Cypress Point Animal Hospital in Mandeville, LA is seeking a friendly receptionist to support daily operations. You will greet clients, process payments, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and basic tech skills. You will collaborate with veterinary staff, file patient records, handle mail and phones, and assist with retail of pet supplies as needed.

• Retrieve prescriptions
• Assist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming items
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness
• Lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods
