The successful candidate will manage appointments, support the veterinary team, and maintain patient records with accuracy, all while presenting a professional image and compassionate client care.

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 40 primary practice locations and numerous satellite locations nationwide. With over 90 doctors supporting the ADG medical team, they strive to lead in clinical practice, research and education in our field. In additional to providing advanced, dermatology specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in our geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):

Education and Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)


• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus


• Dependable attendance is required


• Must be able to lift 40 pounds


• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
