Animal Dermatology Clinic - Cary is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will handle front-desk duties, greet clients and patients, schedule appointments, and manage records in a fast-paced dermatology clinic.

The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service, solid phone and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a team environment. We offer no nights or weekends, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have experience working in the public (ie: restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred
• Experience in a multi-specialty veterinary hospital is preferred
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions.
