Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital in Katy, TX is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the first face clients see, guiding their visit with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage appointments, answer phones and emails, process payments, and support veterinarians with administrative tasks, while helping educate pet owners about services and wellness products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in veterinary or animal care settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with animal care terminology and medical records (a plus!).
• A deep love for animals and a desire to help both pets and their people.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
• Scheduling appointments and managing our daily calendar with precision.
