Led by Dr. Kang, our experienced team provides everything from wellness exams, vaccinations, bloodwork, dental care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, boarding, and grooming to advanced laparoscopic and orthopedic procedures

Our diverse team provides care in English, Spanish, and Korean, allowing us to create a welcoming experience for every client and patient. As a Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist, your Spanish-speaking skills will play an important role in helping clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable throughout their pet’s visit.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills required

As a veterinary receptionist, you’ll be one of the first faces clients and their pets see. You’ll help keep the front desk running smoothly while providing the compassionate, professional service our clients have come to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and client questions and direct concerns to the appropriate team member

  • Provide compassionate and discreet emotional support to clients during difficult or sensitive situations
  • Help communicate veterinary recommendations and information clearly to pet owners
  • Work closely with the veterinary team to support excellent patient and client care

The ideal Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist will be comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking clients and helping bridge communication between clients and our veterinary team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a veterinary receptionist who is compassionate, calm under pressure, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy veterinary hospital. You’ll thrive here if you’re a strong communicator, team player, and self-starter who enjoys learning.

  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Compassionate approach when supporting clients through various medical outcomes

Whether you want to become a master of your role or grow into your next career opportunity, you’ll have access to virtual and hands‑on training and continuing development.
