Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort in Huntsville, AL seeks a Customer Service Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and patient care. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service setting
• Understands that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority
• Comfortable with handling payments, a multi-line phone system, email and other means of client reporting
• Familiarity with Avimark is a plus
• Strong willingness to maintain a clean , presentable environment
• A team-first attitude and commitment to a positive work culture
• Compensation : Starting at $16/hour , based on experience
• Schedule : 10-hour shifts (rotating Saturdays)
• Sick and Paid time off (PTO)
